and shipping cost return the item in its original packaging and complete the returns form, specifying your preference for an exchange.

After the receiving the item shipping exchange cost link will be sent to you to your email. 

For UK and International customers, please note that return shipping costs will not be covered by us at any point. Uk and International customers are responsible for all shipping fees,


Please bear in mind that only new, unused, and undamaged items with attached tags are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been washed, mishandled, or have any stains will not qualify for an exchange. Additionally, our policy allows for the exchange of only.

To return items, you are required to cover the return shipping costs to the address. For secure delivery, we recommend using a traceable service. We endeavor to process returns and exchanges within 7 business days.

Great value and good quality

Fabulous hat. Will definitely buy from here again The only issue was the delivery as it was in a paper bag. I was out so the deliverer left it on the door step and the rain soaked through the packaging onto the hat Thankfully the hat dried out well
