At Maz London, our aim is for you to be delighted with every product you receive. If you are dissatisfied with the size or colour of an item, we offer exchanges for a nominal fee of £5. To initiate an exchange, kindly purchase the exchange cost 

and shipping cost return the item in its original packaging and complete the returns form, specifying your preference for an exchange.

After the receiving the item shipping exchange cost link will be sent to you to your email. 

For UK and International customers, please note that return shipping costs will not be covered by us at any point. Uk and International customers are responsible for all shipping fees,

Please bear in mind that only new, unused, and undamaged items with attached tags are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been washed, mishandled, or have any stains will not qualify for an exchange. Additionally, our policy allows for the exchange of only.

To return items, you are required to cover the return shipping costs to the address. For secure delivery, we recommend using a traceable service. We endeavor to process returns and exchanges within 7 business days.

If you need an item urgently, we suggest placing a new order and returning the original item for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to our website's policies and terms. In cases where an exchange is not feasible, a refund will be issued. Please note that we can only exchange items for a different color or size of the same model.

Please be advised that we have a strict no refund policy at Maz London. Kindly ensure that you select the correct item, as refunds are not available.
