Maz London wants you to like every product and enjoy every purchase. If you’re unhappy with an item size or colour, we’ll replace it . 

Please place the item(s) back in their original packaging. 

Please fill out the returns form. Please indicate in the form whether you would like an exchange. 

UK Clients:

Maz London will not cover return shipping charges. 

Our basic shipping service, which is free of charge, is available for sending exchanges anywhere within the United Kingdom.

International Clients:

It is the responsibility of international buyers to bear any and all shipping fees.

You’ll pay the same shipping expenses if you want to exchange it.

International exchanges require payment before shipping.

Please note that within 30 days of purchase, only new, unused and undamaged items with tags attached are eligible for exchange. 

If you return an item that has been washed or handled improperly, you will not qualify for a exchange. 

If there are any stains, you will not qualify for a exchange. 

Shipping expenses are non-refundable.

You must pay return shipping to Maz London. To ensure that your item arrives safely, we recommend using a traceable service. 

We try to complete returns and exchanges within 7 business days. 

Monday through Friday, we send out shipments (excluding holidays). If you need an item urgently, place a new order and return the original for a exchange. Exchanges are subject to our website’s return and exchange policy and conditions. 

If an exchange isn’t possible, you’ll get a refund. Please be aware that we can exchange goods for a different color or size of the same model.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to the account or card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges. Once we have received back your item(s) for exchange or refund please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
