and shipping cost return the item in its original packaging and complete the returns form, specifying your preference for an exchange.

After the receiving the item shipping exchange cost link will be sent to you to your email. 

For UK and International customers, please note that return shipping costs will not be covered by us at any point. Uk and International customers are responsible for all shipping fees,


Please bear in mind that only new, unused, and undamaged items with attached tags are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items that have been washed, mishandled, or have any stains will not qualify for an exchange. Additionally, our policy allows for the exchange of only.

Great hat, quick service

Didn’t have the hat in my size in your Welwyn garden city store, so I ordered online, hat arrived in a few days, well packaged. Love the hat, need a tan coloured one now to match a jacket
